An Intriguing Idea

This is something just a little bit different. The idea being you immerse yourself in the experience of a scene rather than just listening to it. For some of these that worked quite well for me though the three part series, The Terminal, was slightly different in that you were just an observer of the events that unfolded.

To get the most out of these very brief experiences I think you really do need to put on your headphones, shut your eyes and try to just let the sound take over completely. It's pointless if it doesn't have your undivided attention.

It's very much in the thriller genre with "Overnight" bringing a touch of horror to the mix. I found the last one "bully" to be the most effective but they all kept me interested for the short time that they ran. It's an interesting idea that's at least worth a try,

Amazing!!! Feels like you're in a movie!

WOW! Never heard anything like this before. It's like being in a movie! Love that you're the main character and things happen around you in 3D. The sound quality is incredible. Sometimes I had to open my eyes to convince myself that the sound wasn't really there! My favorites are Infiltrator (spy mission) and Overnight (haunted house). Would love to hear some longer stories like this. FYI you have to wear headphones otherwise you lose the 3D, and in my opinion this is best experienced in a quiet space with eyes closed. Also the sample doesn't sound 3D but the stories definitely are once you download them. Fully recommended!

Can't hear the story!

This seems like a good idea but the sound balance is wrong - it plays a sample of the highest sound before the story starts but the volume of the actual story dialogue compared to this is so low it can't be heard (even with earphone volume turned up to maximum so the loudest sounds were too loud). And this was without any background noise so listening on the tube/plane/car/anywhere with noise would be impossible.

no warnings about swearing

there is no warnings that the stories contain swearing. I appreciate that for the stories it may be more realistic, but there is no warning on the description or in the introduction. Within 10 seconds some woman is saying the S word. in the second story the guy is saying the F word repeatedly. Also, thid is meant to be some cool spy but the guy is completely flapping all the way through like a scared girl. Found it a bit unrealistic as anyone in that line of work would keep calm under pressure and wouldnt sit panicking in some other spy's ear all the time. The stories are ok but the loudest sound check is wrong at the start as I couldn't hear any dialogue after that.
