This was gripping. Binge listened in 24 hours. Sad that’s it’s ended. This is by far my favourite Daniel Hurst audiobook. I have many in my library. My next listen is another by the same author. The book had me in the edge of my seat and it was easy to keep up with with the swapping of the 2 main characters every chapter. If you are a fan of the author,you must listen to this. It’s chilling and to think it could really happen.

Interesting premise and nicely constructed. One of the narrators was slightly wooden, but easy to listen to and captured my attention well.

I usually love Daniel Hurst but this book isn’t one of his best. I’d the whole story worked out very quickly along with the ending. I look forward to his next one though as I do normally like his boots.

Stupid story with multiple unthought out scenarios that aren’t explained as they would not make sense. Terribly written with characters repeating thoughts and not getting anywhere. Had to stop listening before the end as it was too frustrating.
