pretty clever and amazing sound effects

I did enjoy this podcast and I thought the cast were excellent. the sound effects were unbelievable. i have been listening to this with some powerful headphones and I had to remove them during the car crash scene as it was so realistic and therefore scary/ disturbing (I say this as a compliment). the story was very original and I couldn't see where the plot would end up, which is refreshing. the only negative for me was that some of the events were not explained, (that could just be me being obtuse) for example how did Lily become involved in the first place? how did she start having weird 'memories' even before she set foot in the orchard? All in all, a very good listen, I'd say the story comes second to the amazing production, but very enjoyable all the same. thank you audible.

Dynamite. Fantastic

Listened to this whilst travelling on the gridlocked M5.
Oh wow. When stuck in motorway traffic listening to an audible book that emits blood curdling screams and all your windows are down, certainly made other drivers stare

Totally immersive

This was unbelievable. Not only was the acting outstanding but the sound design was the best I ever came across. It was so good that it felt like you were in the room with the characters. Almost like an audio virtual reality. I was really blown away.

Ugh, what a bunch of hocus pocus.

What begins as a police case quickly turns into a far fetched and ridiculous story. Don't waste your time.

Want more stories like this!

I really enjoyed this. The plot was strong and the characters were interesting. It had me wondering how it would turn out the whole time. I listened to it in one sitting. I love mystery mixed with the paranormal. The sound effects make it so enjoyable. It’s like listening to a radio show like they used to do before TV and movies. I want to find more audible stories like this. I recommend listening with earphones to hear the voices and sound effects for the best experience. Would highly recommend.

Great cast along with an interesting story!

Eric Bana and the other actors did a great job performing the story. There’s a lot of twists and turns, and it will keep you on the edge of your seat until the very end. If you enjoy thrillers, mysteries, and fantasy, then I would recommend this podcast!

Superb Paranormal Thriller

This was a great murder mystery thriller with a paranormal touch. Eric Bana stars as a detective investigating a murder at a posh school. Things are not what they seem and his personal life is fraught with troubled relationships, particularly with his daughter Lily and his estranged wife Rose. A fantastic cast, superb sound effects and a great story make this a spooky and entertaining listen.

Ignore the 1 stars.

The 1 stars seem dim and limited, so if you are dim and limited… rate it a 1 star.
This was a really great story … especially the acting. Sure, it wasn’t the usual audible story but the concept was fun for a change and was of exceptional quality.

Mesmerizing...

Solid tale, with great suspense. Great performances, with the ability to keep the listener glued to the edge of his or her seat, and pretty spooky to boot! Grade: A
