Boring.

Long and drawn out story. Narration excellent though. Have read all of Paige's other books and this is not up to scratch in my opinion.

Very clever writing, tricky in places to follow

Wonderful story, engaging story to follow. Be warned the same narrator covers the roles of triplets! Her accents are very good and overall it was ok to listen, especially as the chapters followed each sister and you got used to it. Although definitely needed to concentrate more than the average listen.
Lots of twists, more excellent writing from Paige.

Long, drawnout, and confusing

I have listened to all of Paige’s books and with the exception of this along with one other I have enjoyed them all! However this book I found to be drawn out, complicated because it kept switching characters - making it a bit of a challenge to remember who was who and to be frank I found the characters irritating. I got to the last 20 minutes and gave up. Usually Paige's books are full of tension, intrigue and excitement. Not so in this case. I’m sorry Paige.

Slow and melodramatic

Slow and melodramatic. The narrator has a tendency to mumble, difficult to hear from one sentence to the other when biking or sitting on the bus.

Not the best from Paige Toon

Not the best from Paige Toon. Took a while to get into as the two thirds were pretty slow. Found the narrator a bit monotone for a fair bit of the book, which I found irritated and bored me. Halfway through, I was wanting the book to hurry up and finish, so I could try a different one!
