Wonderfully informative guide!!

This is an incredible book all about the Keto lifestyle. For those that enjoy meal plans, you can't beat this guide. It's all worked out for you and she answered every conceivable questions along the way. I would recommend this to anyone!!

Listen it !

One feature about this book and her others is the high-low label in the upper corner of her recipes that tell you the recipe is lower in carbs or higher in carbs. When losing weight, following the lower carb recipes gives you confidence you're going to succeed. If you've been doing keto and are stalling or want to start keto but don't know how, this book is perfect for you. Also, check out her other cookbooks. They're creative and delicious recipes you'll end up loving and not believe their low carb!

The best information on Keto out there...

This book is filled with information, daily meal plans for 30 days, and wonderful recipes! After losing the weight, I'm off my blood pressure medicine. I have more energy than I've ever had in my life! Get this book. Do the plan. You won't regret it!

Love this book

This book was an easy listen with very helpful information. It contained all the information needed to explain and get started on the Keto eating plan. I appreciated that it did not get bogged down in the scientific details of the diet. The information found was clear and Easy to understand. Very helpful!

Full of information and recipes

My favorites so far have been the chocolate mousse and the chocolate shake. I'm excited to try the key lime bites after reading a review on here. I also like that some recipes have dairy free alternative ingredients. That is extremely helpful for me. Thank you Katylin Portman!

Awesome challenge

I love challenges, and especially the diet challenges where I woukd end up with awesome benefits for my health and body. this one seems to be working great for me. started 7 days ago, I already recorded first results with my belly becoming flatter.
