North Pole engineer Garrett McCree values his peace and quiet above all else, and his life runs according to a carefully crafted master plan. Until, that is, Santa Claus asks Garrett to play chaperone to the winner of the North Pole Prize essay contest. Out of loyalty to Santa, Garrett reluctantly agrees. After all, how much trouble can one woman possibly be? But when beautiful and vivacious Angelique Devereaux, a Christmas-loving, serial gift-giver arrives at Christmas Central, Garrett soon realizes the answer to that question. Predictable is out, spontaneous is in, and Garrett's heart will never be the same.

Loved it!
I was looking for a Christmas book that was lighthearted and fun, but not a kids Christmas book. This fit the bill perfectly! I wish there were more of these out there. They get you in the holiday spirit.
The narrator was perfect. Accent was great! Just the right amount of energy. The story was so fun to listen to. Well worth the price!

Christmas Prize
This is the cutest Christmas story I have read so far this year! It’s short and fun with a sweet message. The narrator does an excellent job with the voices.

Loved it
I enjoyed listening to the story of Garrett and Angelic. It was a great story. Wraps and Joy were some of my faves.
Angelic won a contest to the north pole. Garrett is in charge of showing her around. Wraps and Joy decide to help these two fall for each other by hanging mistletoe. Santa has hands in the little matchmaking himself.
Was good to sit and sip shot chocolate while listening.

Fun and Festive
This was a really cute Christmas short story.
Angelique won a dream come true trip to the North Pole a week before Christmas. Her guide for the week is Garrett, who is not happy to be her your guide.
Very sweet, good narration.

Cute but not a comedy.
The narration was great and the story ok but it’s listed as a comedy and in no way did I find it funny. It was cute at best.
