Narrator can’t even say the name of author properly

TERRIBLE ENGLISH NARRATION BY ENGLISH ACTOR.
The horrible narration is a serious disservice to the author.
Actor reads Portuguese names as if it was Spanish.
English people ALWAYS behave like English people. Ignorance is what can be expected, but not accepted!
I hope the actor didn’t get paid.

Short, sweet and uplifting.

There’s nothing not to like and definitely worth 5 minutes of your life. A positive if somewhat well known tale.

Have faith

If you have Gather ‘Round the Sound, you’ll already have a copy of this short story.
The Snowy graphic is a very poor choice as this selection clearly states that it was BASED ON AN INDIAN STORY.
It’s basically a Christmas story that can be interpreted as having references to faith; fate; or believing in your dreams.

Lucid and Succulent

Simple tale of a young boy getting its job. The narration was good. Vocabulary simple.

The power of faith and grace!

God spoke to me thought this story, I really needed to hear this, the power of faith, grace and hope. God is guiding our steps, we just need to be obedient and pay attention because he communicates sometimes in mysterious ways. Even if we don't understand, trust in the journey and the universe takes care of us and delivers us. So blessed to have this book at no cost, accept Gods blessings with an open heart.

Lovely Book

This rating isn't about the contents of the book. Certain pages are missing the words! There is very faint ink and it would be impossible to try and read it. Going to return and head to my local book store instead.

either a very short story or one chapter

6 minutes! I wish I had known before I settled down for a good listen. What happened before ? What happened after? the bit that was there was well written ,except for the quick wrap up. This 'book' would make a good starter in a writing class.

Enjoyable

This little story was most enjoyable. I do wish there was more to it. I think it’s a fantastic storyline to be sure. Thank you.
