Özet

On the eve of her wedding in 1978, Shay Garrett peers into the antique mirror in her family's longtime home, the famous Victorian Gingerbread House on Pearl Street in Boulder, Colorado and falls unconscious only to wake in the body of her own grandmother Brandy on the eve of her wedding in 1900. I absolutely loved this story! It is highly thought-provoking and leaves your mind spinning with ideas long after you finish the final chapter. In a way, it closely resembles Outlander with its time-travel elements, but it's much more down-to-earth and strips away all the gaudy romance. The characters are completely relatable and likable. The only downside to this specific audiobook is the narration quality. The narrator themselves isn't bad, but the sound system used to record it clearly wasn't the best, resulting in a somewhat poor audio production. Thankfully, it doesn't make it completely unlistenable, and the captivating plot definitely makes it worth pushing through!

It is a very bad recording, there was another voice in the background and you heard the pages being turned

Too confusing
