Usefull book

It would be helpful

It would be helpful if the author provided an alternate way of doing what he calls meta, which didn't require repetitive thoughts. Still, I appreciate the incorporation of numerous scientific studies in the text which clearly demonstrate the power of mindful self-compassion.
