Just want I needed
This book is so helpful, and I wish I'd heard it sooner. I would highly recommend this to anyone who is going through a divorce or who is recently separated. Divorce is hard, but the Mindful Divorce is full of thoughtful exercises and relatable stories that make you feel better and more optimistic about your future.

This book is so right for me right now. Going through a difficult time with my divorce but this book has helped me see the light at the end of the tunnel. My heart hurts so bad but I know I’m going to get through this.

Really enjoyed this book, very practical advice. It's short, concise but full of good information. My only issue is with the narrator. As the writer is British I would have preferred he narrated it or another British person narrated it as it does have some UK focused info such as the CAB. But thats me just being nit picky, the book was overall very good!
