Lovely recipes and plan

I am totally new to the Mediterranean diet, I've ever done keto. This does interest me and it was told really well in the intro of this audiobook. Some of the recipes are really agile but sound tasty, I'll definitely try them

Attention-grabbing.

I choose Mediterranean food and it is ever a highlight if my holidays tasting some of the local foods. So to have found this Audio book and be able to recreate some of the tasty dishes that it has on offer is a delight. Easily described recipes too.

Full of lovely yummy recipes!

It is packed with healthy simple recipes for everyday eating, I've made one of the recipes already and it turned out fine. Also, it has a 2-week diet thing going on where you can lose 10lb in 2 weeks which I will begin sometime in the near future!

Great informative book for beginners.

This audiobook describes everything about the Mediterranean diet that you will need to know. Foods mainly eaten in this diet, are plant-based, such as fresh fruits, vegetables, nuts. fish and eggs in moderation. Meat takes very little part in this diet.

This Audio book is greatly detailed and educational! It starts with an intro to Mediterranean food. It follows this with lots of great, yummy recipes! I highly suggest this audiobook.

In "The Mediterranean Diet for Beginners" you'll find that exact combination - an easy to follow, no-nonsense approach to more healthy eating emphasizing lean meats, lots of fresh fruits and vegetables and little to no processed food along with a lot of references to primary research resources demonstrating the value of this diet.

More tasty recipes.

I visited many Mediterranean countries and I'm in love with their food, so I chose to buy an audiobook and begin cooking meals at home. The recipes are great, every meal is so far known as I get from my holidays. Meals from this audiobook are healthy and light. I definitely love this book

Nice recipes with clear and precise directions

I like Mediterranean food so this cookbook is much suitable for me as I'm beginning to improve my eating habits. I'm having an harmful eating habit for 2 years now and it's time for a replacement.
