As we expect from this author and performer, the novel is well written and very well performed. But I find these wealthy characters somewhat smug; so, not to my taste.

A lovely listen, very Harper Bliss ! AC does a really good job with the narration, her familiar character voices are on full display and work well.

I enjoyed this story at least partially for the fact the main characters are 50’ish and 65 and because everyone can’t eat chocolate cake and pizza without consequences. Otherwise, the story itself and narration are excellent.

The characters in this book and how Harper layers them, is truly brilliant. Two completely different women but both equally as formidable. Loved Mimi’s character! Another brilliant book from a brilliant author. Can’t recommend Harper’s writing enough.

I enjoyed this so much it was difficult for me to leave it be. The characters pulled me in. I loved being part of this journey. Excellent writing from a wonderful Author. I know I have posted some of the same review for Harper's other writings, but it all comes down to the fact that I am drawn to an excellent story which they all are!

Abby, I can't find any other voice/narrator, that is so capable of making each character so individual. You are so skilled in your craft and an absolute must in my book.
