Summary

Warning: This is a sex-fueled paranormal romance featuring a curvy heroine and a hunky were-lion. Please only listen if these themes interest you. Only suitable for adults.

It had been a long time since Tara Phillips had slept with a man, but a passionate night full of adventurous sex was just what she needed.

And it was just what she got when she met the smooth and handsome property developer, Brenton Morgan, while on vacation in California.

It was supposed to be a holiday fling, which was why Brenton never revealed his secret shape-shifting lion side to her.

However, what was meant to be just one night would become much, much more nine months later, and life as they knew it would never be the same again....

Not really worth the read

***semi spoilers***
There were some creative words used for anatomy during the sex scenes such as custard dripping from her pink pastry. That line alone was probably the only great thing about this book. I couldn’t stand the female lead as she doesn’t ever seem to feel bad at all that she didn’t plan on telling the dad she was pregnant. She acted all shocked she was knocked up but they didn’t use protection! Who is that stupid? Then the male lead acts all shocked he got her pregnant too even though they had sex probably over 36 times in a week. The book didn’t have much character building so I never really loved the characters. They called a clit something super cringy like a “pulpy button!” Who does that!?! That’s like if I called male genitals a wrinkly rod of man meat. It kind of felt like someone got a bunch of teenage boys together and asked them to name different genitalia parts. The feeling I got at the end of this book was similar to being tied to a chair for an hour and being forced to listen to the word “moist” over and over again.
