A very sweet story

After reading the Book of Lost Names which was amazing, I found this rather disappointing. It is a lovely sweet story that I enjoyed but it just didn’t have the same depth as the other book.
Another thing which I found detracted from the book was the narration. The narrated is obviously very talented and her style is excellent but her voice seemed to me to be quite elderly (perhaps around my age!) and this is a book about a relatively young woman (early forties) and for me it made it less credible.
Still worth reading.

Emotional

Took me a while to get into this book but once I understood what it was trying to say I never looked back. It’s a story of how love never dies even after death.
