This book explains the Keto diet quite simply

This book explains the Keto diet quite simply and since I was just getting started on it I really liked that part. As for the recipes.....the two "dessert" recipes I tried.... It says one one to "pat the mixture into the pan". It was runny. And it tasted disgusting. Both of the dressing recipes were a bit on the nasty tasting side. It does have a cauliflower mashed potato recipe I use. The first two main meals in the 14 day plan required lamb. We never eat lamb and really don't want to. There are so many ingredients that the average person doesn't have to begin this diet with these recipes. If it wasn't for the simple, straightforward explanation

I highly recommend this book

I highly recommend this book for those who have been following a ketogenic lifestyle for a long time to learn some new recipes to spice up our life, and to make life a little easier. For those who are just in the contemplation stage, or who are ready to begin, this cookbook lives up to it's calling card in Chapter One: "Simple & Easy Ketogenic Cooking".

Lots of simple, tasty recipes

Lots of simple, tasty recipes with ingredients (if you are doing keto) that you probably already have on hand. A lot of the recipes do have more than 5 ingredients, but those are usually salt and pepper, butter. Normal cupboard, fridge items. LOVE the pancake recipe and the peanut butter cookie recipe. Anybody should be able to find recipes that you can get on the table in a short time. Pretty sure this cookbook, will be a favorite

The recipes in this book are so delicious

The recipes in this book are so delicious. Also, I see that people are getting confused about the "5-ingredient" part in the title. There's obviously more than 5 ingredients needed. Each recipe has its 5 main ingredients, not 5 ingredients total in the book. My favorites are the jalapeno bacon egg cups, shrimp and avocado salad, and the Parmesan baked chicken.

I like the recipes in this cookbook, it has a good variety of meals and methods of cooking. There is a detailed explanation of Ketogenic eating. Most people think of a diet as something they do to lose weight. The Ketogenic diet is also a healthy maintenance eating plan. It is healthy and the recipes are flavorful and tasty and most are easy to make as the author gives good directions.Great book for beginners, with lots of useful information... thanks for writing such a great, detailed, easy to read & understand layout!! ..

I had a million questions about the Keto Diet, especially how to understand and survive the keto flu. Dr. Axe laid everything out in an easy to understand format. Excellent recipes and shopping lists. I’m 20 pounds in about two and a half weeks. I love it and recommended it to everyone I know struggling with losing weight.

Lovely! A great book

Lovely! A great book if you are considering incorporating fasting into your lifestyle. This book gave a lot of info in an easy to understand manner. I am excited to attempt my first extended fat fast before I work my way into a true extended fast. Enough information to get you going. I would definitely recommend this book to anyone interested in learning about this diet! Great way for weight loss! Amazing booK!

This is a great book

This is a great book for me because I'm very busy and the recipes are easy to make. It will allow me to stay on a keto diet while being on the go. I've tried a couple so far and they were very good.Nice read this meal prep cookbook. This is a very awesome book, all the recipes so good and healthy. Really i love this book and recommended

Plenty of history

I like it sooo much

I like it sooo much! Keto Meal Prep is the easiest way to cook almost anything. I have used it almost daily since I bought it a few weeks ago. It's simple to learn how to use and all the controls are intuitive. I am especially impressed with the meat I have cooked in it. Searing the meat right in the Keto Meal Prep before the cooking process means less pots to clean and the flavorful juices stay in the pot throughout the entire process.
