Summary

The weapon takers have bought themselves some time to complete their quest. But when their enemies return, they will find that they have become more ruthless and more terrifying than ever. In the steppe lands of the far north, Soren must seek out the bow of the Jalakh tribes. In Kalinth, Belwynn must face a mysterious evil disguised as a friend. And in the high mountains of his Krykker homeland, Rabigar must learn a bitter lesson: Nowhere is safe. The Jalakh Bow continues the action-packed series, The Weapon Takers Saga. The series concludes with book four, The Giants’ Spear.

Great fantasy

I enjoy this series and this continues on as hoped. And I love any book with a dragon in it.

“It takes an assassin...”

Thoroughly enjoying this series and was genuinely sad when I got to the end... until I realised I had the next lined up!
Tons of intrigue, magic, fights and even a dragon! Everything you could ask for in a fantasy Saga.
Great narration too, the dual narration works really well!
Did I mention there’s a dragon!? ;)
This is my honest opinion of a free review copy.

Take My Bow.

Just fantastic, I absolutely love Jamie Edmundson's writing, he can weave a brilliant tale full of humour and all so bring out his darkside in his books, the worldbuilding in this series is amazing, you can't help but cheer for the characters that they make it through the missions and trials that the author puts them through, The Weapons Takers has it all for us fantasy fans, big battles, betrayal, excellent plots, politics and very interesting characters, instead of using the usual tropes in fantasy, Jamie brings his own take on magic and fantastical creatures, in book three of The Jalak Bow our heroes worlds become ever more complicated and treacherous, Belwynn's stature grows as significant events unfold around her, she must face a mysterious evil disguised as a friend, Soren must seek out the bow of the Jalakh tribes in Kalinth, and in the high mountains of his Krykker homeland, Rabigar must learn a bitter lesson, when their enemies return, our protagonist will find that they have become more unpredictable and more terrifying than they ever thought possible, with battle looming it will reunite our heroes and their companions in some very unexpected ways, damn three books down one to go, the narrator's get better with each book, if you love fast action packed fantasy, then look no further, highly recommended...⚔🗡🏹😁
