Easy to understand information and good recipes.

The book starts with an explanation of how the body works, particularly where insulin is concerned. It then takes you through a balancing method for food combinations to help your body maintain an insulin level that doesn't spike out of control thus causing fat accumulation. Lovely audiobook forever.

Thank you for this book! I ordered because I found out I was insulin resistant, and during my search for knowledge came across this audio. I loved that terms were explained to me early in the book, where I could find out more about insulin resistance in general.

This book definitely shed a lot of light things

This book definitely shed a lot of light on a few things. Interesting approach. It is early days yet but following the advice seems to reduce my crashes. I hope that I can take some of this and start eating the right way to make my metabolism more productive.

Great audiobook with a really great guidance.

This audio-book is informative and well written. By the help of this audio-book I have learned about some simple habits to lose belly fat and natural cure insulin resistance. The author of this audio-book did an excellent job and this audio-book is perfect for diabetic and non-diabetic people.

This is a very valuable and useful guide

This was a great step by step audio-book to reverse the insulin resistance, reverse diabetes, lose weight and also learn how to eat clean without having to count calories. The recipes were simple and very specific and very delicious. Overall it was a great informative audio-book on reversing insulin resistance.

This audiobook is very inspiring and informative.

Impressive! This is a great audio-book to help people overcome insulin resistance, become healthier, and take control over their lives. I like how the audio-book starts by telling you everything you need to know about insulin and how you can actually make an effort to overcome it. There's some awesome recipes in the second half of the audio-book. Really worth recommending!

Recipes are interesting and helpful.

Good information on insulin resistance. Recipes are interesting and helpful. This is an effective way to rid your body of belly fat and to clear up any insulin issues. I have seen women go from fat to fine using these methods.

This book made it simple and easily understood. Good information and recipes good descriptions. It would be nice to see what the recipes look like. Very simple to follow, just don't eat carbs by themselves, and have about half as much protein as carbs (grams) when you have a meal.

I am so thankful to have found this book.

Fantastic information about the physiology behind insulin resistance. I have most of the symptoms of insulin resistance and was told by my doctor when in my teens that I had metabolic disorder but not anything I could do about it. I have started the link and balance and feel better, feel confident that I can do this. Thanks for the. Book.

All the recipes are great.

This is a solid, research and clinically based approach to preventing and managing type 2 diabetes. And seems to be helping with cholesterol management as well (too early to say for sure). I've learned a lot about how my body reacts to food so I am now making much better choices. The recipes are great.

Information insulin resistance or newly diagnosed

The carb to protein ratio was easy for me to understand which made listening to food labels easier for me to figure out. The recipes are great and just one serving of these recipes keeps me full for hours at a time. I used to get very moody when I was hungry and that just doesn't happen anymore.

This book explains our metabolism simply how it works. It explains the science, without being too technical for me to understand. It is easy to understand, explains why eating this way will help you and gives you lists of positive and negative foods. I am glad I purchased this book. This book is helpful but the meal plans were kind of unrealistic for me.
