Whether we realize it or not, we as humans live in a universe full of hidden light. The hidden lightbulb symbolizes hidden talent in dark places and environments that is worthy of notice. While incarcerated at Cape Vincent Correctional Facility for armed robbery, Michael Brooks discovers his power to write poetry. He was going through the darkest, roughest, toughest and worst stages of his life when he decided to make the best out of a bad situation and turn a negative to a positive. Listen to his genius collection of original poems that is profound, witty, touching, heartfelt, meaningful, inspiring, enlightening, strengthening, clever and worthwhile. He shares not only his story in pieces through poems, but the stories of boys and girls living in America. He also shares the story of nature!
