interesting and inspiring

I am a Christian, open minded, and really enjoyed the subject and the historical context that the author sets it in. it is complex in parts and difficult to grasp and needs meditation and multiple listens and study. Some beautiful truths in this collection that are very inspiring. All interested students of spiritual truth should find this very informative as it provides a foundation in understanding all religions that grew from it.

My Bible....

Every sentence, every word, every meaning, is priceless.

The only issue with this audiobook are some of the pronunciations, other than that, pure gold!

Great value by combining multiple books

I would start with the last book by Hall to get a broad overview of the history of Hermetic thought, then The Kybalion and finally the works attributed to Hermes. The last works are a bit dense for a modern reader with out the context of the first two.

Secrets exposed across all civilized cultures

I studied esoteric writes for years and nice to see everything summarized in one audiobook with many references. The last chapter is my favorite. These teachings were spread across humanity to help us all but with great knowledge comes responsibility - do not misuse them.

Perfect!

An excellent narration of great texts. Deep and thought-provoking, and a lot to absorb. The work connects a lot of dots and fills-in a lot of gaps. I highly recommend it to anyone who's interested in learning the core teachings on which most esoteric traditions were built.

Good over all.

My ONLY gripe is the pronunciation of the Kybalion. I cringed every time he read it. Aside from that I thoroughly enjoyed it.

I enjoyed the book but the narration was annoying

I didn't like the way the narrator mispronounced certain words. since you're buying a couple books it would be nice if the chapters weren't just numbered if they actually had descriptions so you knew when you were jumping from one book to another by looking at the menu
