I have been following Ben on social media and his posts resonated with me so I got the books. These books had me answering questions out loud when Ben asked about childhood experiences, and as a 50+ Yr old it's changed the way I look at it. I think I went through all the emotions listening to this, but in a healthy way.

I loved how natural Bens words are and being able to speak from his own experience. Not once claiming to be a professional at what he does, just talks his experience and how he dealt with it as a real person. If I could forget I listened and listen again, I would. Thank you Ben.
