Valuable reminder to be mindful and of the role for meditation. Useful exercises and good food for thought. Not the most interesting book to listen to while driving but it is okay!

After listening to the book I now do meditation on a regular basis. I enjoy some quiet time and miss it when time constraints mean the practice skips a day. I put this change to my life to this book as the advice was given in a way which didn't make the approach seem strange, more like having a cup of tea!

I love this book! I love the stories and Andy’s journey and that he wants to pass on the knowledge he has gained, to us. It’s well explained and easy to follow. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for an excellent study of meditation and mindfulness and to someone who wants to see how it can help them in their situation.

What a great book and I am totally in love with Andy's voice! The emphasis he puts on certain words and the way you can hear him smiling. I think this is life changing and I'd recommend it to anyone.
