This book is better than 10 years of therapy!
If you struggle with limiting beliefs and or depression, this book will literally save your life! The author is amazing, he knows his subject and he cares to deliver the help that we need to make our world and the world around us a better place. His narration is perfect! And his wit and sense of humour is refreshing and engaging. Best book I listed to this year!
