Many of us experience a commonality of having very busy lives. The constant stresses occurring from this lifestyle results in anxiety. This should serve as a useful and interesting introduction for anyone, like myself, who is interested in looking at the subject of mindfulness. Perhaps not sufficient as a practice guide, but a useful starter.

This is a great book for beginners.

This book is very clearly written and easy to understand. It has the best explanation of mindfulness I've ever listen. He really makes you want to try mindfulness and makes it easy to try and not to be scared of. Highly recommend this book - best book on Mindfulness.

Great Grab!!!

This simple but profound technique induces deep relaxation. Awesome stress-relieving recommendations here and I wasn’t really sure how to get started with yoga, so this is helping me a lot!

Just what i needed!

Dealing with physical pain and anger through meditation. Great book in that it shows you step by step what you need to do to bring peace into your life. Definitely recommended.
