This is one of those books that really captivated me. The narration was excellent which allowed the story to flow. There was enough intrigue from the protagonist to keep the reader guessing. Enjoyed it immensely.

I suspect that had I been reading this book rather than listening to it I would have stopped before the halfway point because so little seemed to happen. However, I persevered and was glad I did because the ending, although not surprising (I’d guessed the twist), was satisfying, due to its moral ambiguity.

this book is a well written . story keeps you intrigued right till the end the story is very good and a big twist at the end

I nearly gave up half way through as there seemed to be so little progress with the storyline. I thought I had predicted the ending, but I had swallowed a red herring! The story had a great finish with explanations as to how and why very neatly tied up. I just wish it hadn't taken quite so long to get there.
