Summary

The family of Adam Nichols shows up in Frederickport when Marie ends up in a nursing home with a broken hip. Yet unlike Adam, who is trying to get his grandmother home, the new arrivals are more concerned with selling off her assets and keeping her in the questionable facility.

While Danielle tries to help her dear friend, she begins wondering, maybe not having a family has its good points, after all. And it's not just Marie's family causing problems; Walt's distant cousin begins making his own demands.

The Narrator Grows on You - Surprising Ending

This is a great book, I never read any of the other books in the series but I still enjoyed it. All of the characters were well developed and the story was easy to follow along with. The ending was very surprising, I never saw it coming.

At first, I was unsure about the narrator but by the end of the book I liked her voice, and hope I stumble across another book she has read.

It gets better and better. Kept me guessing who the murderer was. Great plot. Loved the narrator.

A new adventure

Lots of exciting things happening in this book. New twist and interesting developments. Not going to spoil the little Marie, but it takes the whole place to help figure this one out.

5 Stars

I love this series but I was sad about the storyline. The last line of the story makes me even more excited to listen to the next book.
