Listened several times...

This was a short 'n' sweet study of some primary new thought principles w some real life stories. I haven't read Scovel Shinn before, but I like her style! She seemed to have a strong mastery of principle but said a few things differently than I've heard before. I have been studying the principles for a long time, so I appreciate hearing a slightly different perspective and good testaments to principle always help me. (I read a couple complaints about the narrator, so I was expecting him to suck. But I thought he was great--the sex or gender of a narrator mean little to me tho.) Bonus: this was a very quick "read"--almost ends too fast. Enjoy!

Excellent reading

I read the book and I still found the audible version very valuable. I got even more out of it than just reading the book. The narrator is excellent!

It’s casually those in a conspiracy theory in there

A lot of it give some Jesus and bible quotes which was why I didn’t gave it 1 star, the Bible stuff was great, but then they go all tin foil hats and say that germs can only effect you if you “vibrate” to their “frequency” and if you are not scared you won’t get sick which is utterly false. Atoms vibrate yes but God let’s use understand the fact that germs effect everyone and they can kill you. What your “vibrational frequency“ is is anti science and if everyone on the world believed it we could get whipped out by covid. If you want a good book listen to effortless by Greg McKeown, or if you want something more spiritual without the tin foil hat stuff just listen to C. S. Lewis. I hope you don’t read this but if you do don’t buy into the “vibration frequency” and the thought that germs are delusional.
