I absolutely loved listening to this audiobook I particularly light the maritime stories peppered throughout. the website has lots of useful documents to complement the book.

Great book. Even though there are a broad variety of topics covered (like vision planning, mindset, planning your day, defining your focus, taking care of your body), the content is practical and gives actionable steps to work on. I actually had this book in paperback and decided to get the audio version too so I could re-listen in my car while driving to work.

The author also makes it an enjoyable read, by sounding like somebody I could relate to. The chosen narrator made this book a great listen too. Recommended, particularly for people who are starting their journey to take control and improve their lives.
