Content is excellent. Narrater is annoying.
Patrick Lencioni is brilliant. The narrator's voice, however, sounds presumptuous and annoying. Needs a narrator more like Morgan Freeman or David Attenborough - a strong and confident male voice vs a male voice that sounds obsequious, sycophantic, and/or abject.

Summary - Not the Real Book
My fault for not paying more attention. But the title is MISLEADING and should be more clear (e.g. put something like 'Analysis of' at beginning of title).
This is a summary not the real book. In fact, the 'look inside' on Amazon gives you the table of contents and first few pages which is pretty much everything in this 'summary analysis'.

Instaread review
Interesting high level overview of this book. It is a great refresher if you’ve already read the book. it is also great for “vetting” a book, as to not get 1/3rd of the way into a book before you decide it is a waste of your time.
However, you are not getting the full message and only a high level overview. I find Instaread is awesome if you’ve already read a book and want a quick refresher. It’s okay otherwise
