The Fat Flush Plan
Summary
An international best seller with legions of devoted followers, The Fat Flush Plan has been featured on The View, as well as in cover articles in Time, Glamour, Self, and many others. It is based upon essential fats (such as flax seed oil and flax seeds), balanced proteins (including eggs, meat, fish, and moderate soy), plus low-glycemic healthy carbs from fat flushing fruits and vegetables. The Plan also features "cleansing" tonics such as unsweetened cranberry juice and water, the "Long Life Cocktail", and daily hot water and lemon juice, as well as a delicious array of fat burning, water regulating, and insulin controlling herbs and spices (think cayenne, mustard, cilantro, parsley, cinnamon, and cloves).

nutrition
great nutrition science, but lacks the sport science. If you know how to extract the principles from the text , then it is a great tool.
the author would benefit from working with a coach or lose the propaganda for intense exercise. who the hell works out 2h at high intensity before or after work?!!?

Highly Technical but good information
Highly technical but good information. I wish there was more information about the reasons for avoiding certain foods/drinks, like caffeine and perhaps modified diet plan options for those of us non-dieters.

Verry Technical
Good information and approach. But this book has a lot of hard to keep up with technical information that makes it more difficult to follow throughout the book -- focusing on chemical reaction, physiological impact of different foods, etc. I have a friend who has lost weight using the approach, so I know it works. I just wish this was easier to learn and adopt (maybe I should have gotten the abridged version!).
