Excellent!
Just what I needed to hear and answered all the questions I was worried about. I have been abusing alcohol for many years and this was my first step to sobriety. I already feel lighter in my head and look forward to a more fulfilling life.

Still not holding a whisky
A very simple concept, repeated over and over but it is true. Alcohol is a poison so why would I want it in my system again. Still early days and I am of very Scottish blood that genetically will not freeze in winter due to the alcohol content...
