I must say this book was as good as the first two in the series. I found myself sitting in the car listening to it and not being able to get out when I arrived at my destination.

This was a slow-burn listen in the best way. The atmosphere felt heavy and uneasy without trying too hard, and I liked how it trusted the listener to sit with the tension instead of explaining everything outright. It had a thoughtful, psychological edge that made the ending feel more haunting than dramatic. Definitely a good pick if you like stories that leave you thinking after they’re over.

I really enjoyed this one. The story kept me engaged with its tense atmosphere and steady sense of uncertainty. I liked how the consequences of everything that came before finally started coming together. The narration worked well and made the suspense easy to follow. A strong continuation that kept me curious about what would happen next.
