good until the end
this was a good book to listen to and well narrated, the only thing that ps disappointing is the end. I went want to give it away but after a good story the end is far fetched

Narrators voice and performance detracts
I chose this story after seeing the ‘blurb’ - however it quickly became apparent that the narrators voice grated slightly, I’d had this issue on one or two books stories before but after several chapters you’re on board and it’s hardly a factor anymore.
I regret to say that this just didn’t happen with this story, throughout it just got worse. Numerous people commented on her voice too, I’m sure she is a lovely person in real life but it truly doesn’t work for this story and it detracts from the whole audiobook.
There is no difference between 2 of the main characters tone and voice that you get confused in parts too.
I made myself finish this, but it wasn’t easy and often took the chance to listen to anything else rather than hear this one out.
Such a shame, not right for the book, at all.
