this series is absolutely superb I've read all of this authors books and they're so good I bought all the audio books too ! absolutely brilliant the narrator does a spectacular job bringing it all together. grab it now and u won't be disappointed.

Fast paced, well read and keeps you listening . as a box set it's well worth the credit/money but if I'd have bought just one book I'd have been a little disappointed. if the next books in the series are released as box sets then I'll definitely be getting them but as standalone books I don't feel there is enough listening value to warrant it.

Three books in one go, what's not to like! Saves you coming back to search for the next instalment, you can just carry on. Of course you will then want to listen to books 4-8, if you ask Christopher nicely I'm sure he will put out more box sets for you! You will love Kim's narration, 17.5 hours of excitement, horror, laughter and suspense (and a few tears)!!

I have enjoyed the story so far- book one just finished. However, the story is set in Scotland and whilst the narrator is perfectly fine as far as she goes- there is no sign of a Scottish accent for any character. I have listened to other post apocalyptic novels set or starting off in Scotland- and the producers managed to find either Scottish readers or readers from somewhere else who did a really good job at the accents where needed. A rather constant irritation for this book.

These three books are great and to have all three for one credit is such a great bargain.
The sisters in the story are brought alive by the authors great character writing and the narrators brilliant reading.
