The book made me think about my own feelings. It talked about letting go of old hurts. It said I could learn to control my emotions. I remembered times I let anger control me. I now try to think about my feelings. I try to understand why I feel a certain way. I want to learn to let go of things that hurt me. I am now trying to use the ideas in this book to find more peace. I want to feel more in control of my life. This book gives me a way to start.
