Wow! Found this book via a mention in another one I was listening to and after seeing the TED talk. So glad I did as it's really connected with my story. Buzzing with creative ideas now about my own Element and at a youthful 56 this is just the start. Thank you Ken!

A lot of stories around high achieving folk. Some useful pointers and insights that got me thinking about areas of my life to re-examine and different areas to explore. A few more practical tips would have been useful. Easy on the ear and not a wasted listen. I liked the Death Valley analogy, however, 'the right conditions for growth' seemed a lame ending. Good and useful for cross reference.

I read this book when my kids were struggling teenagers and it has had a great impact on all our lives! Just listen to if again and it’s still so relevant... sadly schools still seem to be going the wrong direction. I would highly recommend this book to any parent!!

I bought this book because my children are both struggling in school and loosing confidence. I was expecting to receive some advise on how to encourage them to find something they are good at and not to my write themselves off just because they are a few reading grades behind! I got this but was not expecting was true inspiration! I can pass this to my children too! Loved listening so much and will again. Thank you.
