book 2 was kind of meh, and I'm really struggling to finish book 3. there is no character development, just a tedious ridiculous war that feels like a massive distraction from the descendant plot.

enjoyed book 1, but after that it gets boring

The book was okay, The war i think was only inevitable with the previously set up plot points, and up until the end I really enjoyed the relationship between the MC and Euri - Until the end, Euri deserves to be happy and not another tragic Queerbait character left to suffer alone, it was actually heartbreaking. It makes zero sense why the auther would choose to put such an emphasis on the MC's and Euris growing relationship (for 3 whole books) only to rip it to shreds and frankfully start setting up and even worse and frankly yucky romance plot...that's it. idk why but it just left a really bad taste in my mouth, I have no motivation and I don't want to continue reading for that reason. *Narration and performance were good so no issues in that part*
