Having been meditating for a number of years, although not in exactly the same way, or maybe not even the right way, I found the passion the author has for meditation is infectious and so much so, I could have written it myself. Meditation hasn't just changed my life, it has made my life. Thank you for your wonderful book from a disabled, housebound, just a normal person who just truly would give anything to be able to visit your centre and get my 'sound'. There really are just 2 words for this book. Simply Stunning.

whilst getting further into this book I realised that it is in fact not going to result in finding out how to do this meditation that is talked about so much - your personal sounds - as the book does not give you this......its 9 hours of finding out at the end that you still dont know how to do this without having to spend money....a long very disappointing sales pitch and this should be stated at the beginning!!

I got 3 hours into this and could stand it no longer. it is a very interesting book which I will probably buy. The narration lets it down with almost every sentence ending in a 'mouth noise'. These consist of swallowing sounds, too much saliva and licking lips. It has become so distracting that I can't listen to any more. I'm pretty sure I don't have misophonia, I think it is just a poor recording

Was hoping for a guide to get started. Unless I missed something it was a series of stories to help persuade you to get started with a retreat.

Also refers you to website for material which cannot be found?

This type of material is normally given free to plant a seed and get you wanting to spend money to find out more...teases throughout but doesn’t deliver the guide
