wait and see
all done and feeling optimistic .....I'm free
the narrative was amazing and really enjoyable. I tried reading this book but couldn't find the time. listening to it on audible I could do the chores and listen allowing me to do it in one hit and I feel great.

Seems to have done the job
I was smoking a packet a day. I stopped smoking before I finished the book. Although, I have had the odd cigarette here and there, maybe 4 in the two months I have finished and I genuinely don’t crave them anymore?

Made sense
Goo book, what was being said made sense althpugh coyld be a little convoluted and confusing at times.
Overall though i understood what was being said and gave up smoking so it does what it says.

I am free
I read Easyway to stop smoking 5 years ago, and quit immediately. 5 years later under the influence of alcohol I lit up one cigarette and fall back into the nicotine trap. I’m immensely glad that this time round within 6 weeks, I listened to this amazing book and freed myself out of the trap again! Thank you Allen! Forever grateful!

Excellent
This book stopped me smoking! I think that the additional edits made for women was useful, it touched on one or two things that the original edition didn’t that were very helpful for me.
Definitely read if you want to stop smoking easily!
