DELICIOUS.

This cookbook has really taught me how to recognize my symptoms and take control of my eating and living in a way I didn't think possible. Plus, the recipes are DELICIOUS. We love the chicken thigh and sweet potato recipe. It's now a staple in our family's diet!

Best forever

The Authors both have digestive problems that color their record. The audiobook is mostly recipes, which I don't care about. My concern is what they are saying about the Anti-inflammatory Diet. They are trying to cover Vegan, Paleo and Mediterranean diet regimens. They probably do. They make rather damning statements about certain foods, then back off from the statements that there are certain circumstances and certain situations you can eat the foods.

So far I have really enjoyed these recipes. My naturopathic dr recommended this to me as I have ulcerative colitis and Crohn’s. I modify what I need to and have so far had no problems with the meals.

This audiobook is amazing! The recipes are fabulous. You can follow this plan and be fully satisfied, all the while losing weight. Many of my issues have resolved. You won't miss the inflammatory triggers one bit. Highly recommend.

Wonderful

Taking the advice desperate for some autoimmune flareup relief. I'm on week 6, not healed but vastly better than I was at the moment. My symptoms come and go, so they might have been going. Either way,y I'm definitely making better food choices at the store when I shop now.

This audio book provides a good basis

This audiobook provides a good basis for anyone starting an anti-inflammatory diet however I only liked about half of the recipes I’ve tried so far and some of the ingredients are hard to find and have to be bought at a specialty store.

Healthy recipes

This is not only a recipe audiobook but an educational audiobook on inflammation. I would highly recommend for anyone with weight issues, inflammation, arthritis, diabetes, allergies and anyone with digestive disorders. I'm a certified nutrition health coach and have given this audiobook as a gift and listening to it myself.

Good recipes

Good health tips and I've liked the recipes I've made from this audiobook so far. My only complaint is that the recipes have too much sodium. I just noticed that the recipe I was going to make for dinner tonight is >1500 mg sodium, which is more than I should have for the entire day.

I love how the authors break this audio book

I love how the authors break this audiobook into 6 sections from Vegan -Paleo- Mediterranean- Time Saving. It is helping me identify what foods bother me and what I can keep eating. These recipes won't keep you locked in the kitchen cooking. Lots of timesaving ideas.
