It is very well written and narrated. It is good to understand the basics of EMDR, and it is a nice tool to heal past trauma. I especially like the way to have self-administered EMDR so you can try it out on your own first. It is good to heal yourself if you experience anxiety, depression, stress, and PTSD. Especially often, it is not easy to get help from others. This book opens the door to self-healing and may further encourage more healing from professionals.
