A great end to the trilogy

A great end to the trilogy. In this book everything fell into place. Things that were said in books one and two now being explained. Some excellent battles fought and one or two surprises too. Will I read the trilogy again, Yes.

Enchanting...

At last I will be released from the enchantment.

From the first book I have struggled to stop listening, having become immersed in the story. I really love the complex relationship between Ben and Frank, there are many other characters and relationships throughout and the author does a fantastic job weaving them all together.

Topped of with excellent narration by Derek Perkins, each character having their personalities come alive with his superb range of voices. Derek Perkins is easily in my top 5 narrators, I think he could make the phone book sound interesting.

good performance, disappointing end

The series has been consistently good all the way through but the ending seems to be almost rushed and is a little disappointing. Must also comment that a couple of the characters who were developing nicely just regress into one dimensional personalities or fade out completely.

Disappointing ending

A very abrupt ending for the amount of build up. Didn’t meet the expectations of the build up.
