Summary

A book of power, beauty and grandeur, here is a majestic rendition of the love of God. Rarely has a piece of Christian literature combined the simplicity of the storytelling art with the profound depths of the Christian faith. In this sweeping saga, spanning from eternity to eternity, you will discover some of the deepest riches afforded the believer.

Who is fit to be the beautiful bride of God? How shall the Carpenter, rising from the dead, bring her forth? The story concludes at the consummation of the ages, when a victorious Lord takes his bride to himself. This truly is the greatest love story ever told.

Great

I have read the hardcopy of The Devine Romance about three time before however listening to it has been wonderful and Paul Michael's voice really brings the script to life. It was worth buying the audio version.
From a Gene Edwards fan.

The Gospel

This book. Wow. I don’t know how a man can conjure up such a beautiful rendition of this eternal story. Wait. Yes I do. The Holy Spirit. And the Holy Spirit alone. We all need to be repeatedly reminded of our value and the love that God has for us. Gene Edwards is a legend, and I am so grateful for God used him to give us this masterpiece. You will find yourself crying, cheering, and emotionally moved in about 100 different ways. When this age has passed, the relevance of this book will not. Why? Because it is founded in truth, but tells the most beautiful story of all time in a way that relates to us all in our desire to be loved. God Bless.

Fall In Love With Him!

I loved hearing this biblical interpretation of God's Amazing Love and Heart as it sews a thread through biblical history, time, and eternity. "Yes Lord, Choose me, I pray, as Your Forever counterpart, Eternal Companion , Friend and Bride!"

Brings the Bible to Life

This story brings to life the Bible. It is an interpretation, much like that of how an actor may decide to play a script, which can vary in so many details. Extra information to the biblical stories is added to help make more sense of it. If you believe the basic tenant that God Loves us, this really helps it hit home. I read God’s Debris before this that posited we were reassembling God, but this story says it’s not him, but his counterpart - his Bride, us.
