In The Divine Kiss, Carolyn Mary Kleefeld expresses in poems and paintings the sacred merging of love into the sacred Beloved. Each poem is paired with a resonant painting, infusing the listener viscerally with the infinite love shared between Carolyn and her beloved David Campagna. "Here Rumi elopes with Chagall in a dance of color, compassion, and sensuality." (Dr. Darin Deterra, psychotherapist, author). An exhibit book of paintings and poetry at the Shreveport and Santa Barbara Karpeles Library and Museum, "this is a stunning publication". "To see the world through Carolyn's art and poetry sanctifies the marriage of Life and Love." (Norman Anu Cohan, Director, Karpeles Museum and Library). The Divine Kiss is Carolyn's 21st book, including translations into Korean, Romanian, Japanese, Sicilian, Italian, Persian, Greek, Spanish, Catalan, Bulgarian, and Russian.

PLEASE NOTE: To gain the benefit of both hearing the poems and seeing the accompanying paintings, a complimentary PDF will be available in your Audible Library upon purchase of this title.

Wow I felt I was sitting in the audience for this. I love poetry but the authenticity and master of the language came through on the audio from what is clearly well crafted art. A lovely and hypnotic moving experience. Just amazing and will be seeking out more.
