Disappointed
Struggled to finish, not what I was looking for. More fluff than implementable information. If you want theory, it's here. If you want actual methods look elsewhere.

Disappointment plus
I was really looking forward to this book and what it offered, especially considering the great reviews. That excitement quickly turned to disappointment. The only thing I found somewhat enjoyable was the personal story but I just couldn’t stomach the immaturity. Sorry just not for me.

Millennial Mess
Rambling observations, picked from at least 10 different recent self improvement books. Ironic, since this is the least disciplined writing I've heard in years. This makes Beat poetry look rigid. The narration sounds computer generated--like every sentence was recorded in a different take and edited together. Too much enunciation.

Don’t waste your time
This is horrible. The voice-over is too weak of a voice for this material, in my opinion. A story early on is the exact-same story that I heard another Author give, with minor differences. So, now I am not sure who is the original owner of that story. The information given is very drab, as if someone is simply reading off a check-list. Which is why it is hard for me to understand why anyone that gave this book rave reviews, is beyond me; which those reviews helped me decide on this book to begin with. The first time I have been led wrong by reviews. Do yourself a favor and pass on this
