Dallas and Hallie, a young couple expecting their first child, receive a mysterious, unmarked package on their doorstep in the middle of the night. While Hallie is away, Dallas discovers the box, curious about the strange arrival with no return shipping label, and stores it in the closet, unaware of the horror it conceals. They later find the box opened and empty, and will soon discover something terrifying has emerged.
