I love the story but horrible female narrator, she just sounded so lifeless and bored with no emotions. I wish they would've chosen a better female narrative but yeah

I really liked this story. It may have been a bit cliched at times but that’s what you expect if you’re into this genre of romance fiction. Elle Kennedy has a great talent for writing characters that you can warm to and Christian Fox did an excellent job at bringing Garrett’s character to life. Unfortunately the same can’t be said for the female narrator. There were times when I thought her narration was going to prove so irritating that I’d have to give up but I hung in til the end. Only just though.

I’ve read this book countless times and thought I’d give the audiobook a try and god am I glad I did!! Christian fox is just absolutely perfect for Garret!!!!!!!

Surprisingly good story with a great male narrator! The female narrator, on the other hand, was excruciatingly bad. Bizarre, insanely slow/drawn-out performance with a voice that sounded much older than the character. They really did the story a disservice with this casting choice.
