Summary
Stanton City, Arkansas is being stalked by a serial killer. The psychopath has been named the Thief of Hearts by the press because of his MO of killing women and stealing their hearts. This murderer is especially sadistic, terrorizing and torturing innocent victims.
The police think bicycle deliveryman Robert Kinney is their guy.
Robert, however, wouldn't hurt anyone. He may be down on his luck at the moment, but Robert is a hard worker who wants to make a difference.
