"The Coordinate is a thrilling adventure...as if we're following a team of Lara Croft and Indiana Jones as teenagers.... A highly entertaining read...." (Self-Publishing Review)

Logan West and Emma James grew up together but are now high school seniors going in totally opposite directions after graduation. When they are assigned to work together on one last history project, they hardly expect the monotony of high school life to change.

Instead, as they decode a series of unexplained clues hidden within their history project itself, Logan and Emma manage to unfold an ancient mystery that has baffled scientists and archaeologists, one with powerful implications for the present day. As they embrace the adventure they've stumbled upon and a growing romantic attraction to each other, Logan and Emma find themselves caught up in a dangerous, high-stakes race across the globe to decipher mankind's past in order to save humanity's future, not to mention their very own lives, with a mystery that just might reach toward the stars....

I'm guessing it's a book for Young Adults but nevertheless, totally absorbing. Bearing in mind the theme, and as we got towards the end, I really thought it would get really cheesy and glib but no. It really is The Da Vinci code for kids,

Stunningly intriguing for YAs and not-so-YAs

Easy going, plausible sci-fi action.
Narrated well with a decent pace, likeable characters even if a bit typical of the genre.

Great Fun

Apart for the overly repeated numbers in the middle (I won’t say what they are) I thoroughly enjoyed the full story and ended up working late to finish it lol

Throughly enjoyed

Really enjoyed this adventure and the narrator was excellent- especially with accents. Only one slightly annoying theme of reading lists of numbers - again and again. I know the story is called ‘the coordinate’ therefore numbers are a requirement. I know that it has to be written down in the book to tell the story so therefore has to be voiced in audible, but when reading a book I would would have quickly skimmed long set of numbers after getting the gist. Unfortunately when listening you have to hear the long drawn out version. Prob not explaining this well but numerous numbers aside, this great story telling and still worth a listen.

Great story and characters

The narrator’s voice took a bit of getting used to, but the story is worth persevering for.

Great story!
