Good but needs a PDF

I was given this free review copy audio book at my request and have voluntarily left this review.

I'm in no way a vegan/vegetarian, but i was curious about this book because I'm trying to get better about eating vegetables and was looking for ways to make vegetable dishes with more flavor. The narration is done as well for the material. These recipes sound interesting and I'd like to try some of them. That being said, listening made it harder to digest (pun intended). I think this is material better read than listened to. If a companion PDF of the recipes were included, I think that would be very helpful.

Sounds delish!

This is a great collection of vegetarian recipes that include breakfast, lunch, and dinner. There's a lot of variety here, and so many interesting ingredients are included. Everything sounds healthy and tasty, from the pesto toast to the egg fried cauliflower. Each recipe is in its own "chapter" so you can easily skip and find the next recipe without scrolling. There are also 3 free companion cookbooks that make it even more worthwhile.

The narration was done well, the narrator has a clear voice and speaks slowly, making it easy to understand her. I requested a copy of the audio, and I'm voluntarily leaving a review.

some great recipes

you have a lot of interesting recipes in this book it was great some of them I will try for sure I love salads and I love veggies very much so it will be fun to try it
