What made the experience of listening to The Complete Spanish Master the most enjoyable?

The chapters are very well structured - a paragraph or two of prose (a mixture of information, stories and reviews), followed by Keywords, where certain words are highlighted and defined. The beauty is that it is all in Spanish, even the definitions. This is a great way to learn, as you're remembering the words, but also having to figure out what they mean using your comprehension of the Spanish language.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

No, however I believe 25-30 minutes a day, or an hour every so often is the perfect amount. It makes my 2-3 hour drives feel very short, and a walk into town is enough for a chapter or so.

Any additional comments?

You may need to slow it down (can be done in the app) - i found 0.7x speed allowed me to understand most of what was said.

My only negative is that it is south american - like a lot of other materials on audible. This means that certain words are pronounced differently to Spanish from Spain, which may get confusing/you may pick up habits of the south american language

This is excellent - covers a lot of material in short interesting articles, which I believe will improve my spanish enormously.

It's possible to just use the audio, just read, or combine both, for an interesting spanish workout.

Highly recommended.
